Descriptions of sessions and names of the presenters are outlined in the conference brochure.
In order to obtain CE credits from OTAO, you must be present for the entire session:
- Complete and return the evaluation survey included in your attendee packet to the registration desk.

PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING CE CREDITS
Attendance Verification: Please have the room volunteer stamp your CE Sheet as you leave each session you attend. This is your verification that you attended the course. Please retain this certificate for your records as the OTAO office will not have this information in their files. At the end of the conference you will write the number of CE hours you obtained in the upper right hand corner of the CE Certificate. Again, please retain this certificate for your records!
Credit cannot be given for partially attended sessions. Missing more than 5 minutes per program hour due to late arrival, early departure, etc. will result in no credit for that session.
During the conference there will be fund raising efforts for the OTAO Scholarship Program for Oregon’s OT students. Plan to bring your checkbook or credit card for the Silent Auction!!
