AOTF: Building Evidence to Improve OT Practice
Lawrence Liff is the Chief Development Officer at AOTF. He has been in this role for 4 years. During this time Lawrence has grown the community of AOTF donors, supporters and volunteers, specifically helping create and fund AOTF’s 3 Research Grant Programs and deliver programs like Breakfast With a Scholar, the State of the Science Symposium and webinars. While not an OT, Lawrence is passionate about the outstanding work delivered by OTs and is excited to help support evidence for practice and the future OT workforce.
Lawrence has a BA in History and Political Science and a Master of Public Policy degree both from the University of Maryland. He has been a fundraiser for 18 years working in annual and major gifts, corporate and organizational sponsorships as well as event planning. Prior to joining AOTF he was a fundraiser in academia, with most of his work being conducted at the University of Maryland, College Park.
